From our booking form
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Whatever you write in the message field
- A record that you checked the consent box
Automatically, when you visit the site
- Standard server request data (IP address, browser type, referring page, time of request) collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and basic operation. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.
During an in-home visit
When we provide service, we may need to access your devices, accounts, Wi-Fi network, or files in order to fix the problem you've asked us to address. We only access what's necessary to complete the work you've requested, and we do not copy, retain, or transmit your personal data, account credentials, or files after the visit ends — beyond what is needed to document the work performed (for example, a brief written summary of what we did).

4. How we share your information

- Service providers we use to run the business — for example, the hosting platform that serves this website (Cloudflare), the workflow tool that receives form submissions (CHWorkflows), and the email provider we use to communicate with you. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually bound to keep it confidential.
- When required by law — for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set tracking cookies, run analytics, or use advertising pixels. Your browser may store small technical items (such as session state for embedded forms), but we do not use them to follow you across the web.
6. Data retention
We keep booking inquiries and service records for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide service, support warranty work, and meet accounting and tax requirements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

You can ask us at any time to:

- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information (subject to records we are required to keep)
- Stop contacting you for marketing purposes

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us, including using HTTPS for all traffic to this site and limiting access to customer records to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
